The evolving global migration landscape calls for an interdisciplinary exploration of responses to globalization, immigration, and social cohesion as well as political and cultural repercussions. In an effort to discuss these issues from a transatlantic perspective, the joint discussion series “Global Mobility” sponsored by the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs and the American Friends of Bucerius bring together decision makers, researchers, and public intellectuals from the United States, Europe, and beyond for an unconventional series of discussions.
