The inaugural Summer Program in IP Law and Licensing has extended its deadline to May 15th, 2014! Apply now to reserve a spot in this English-language program, held on the beautiful Bucerius Law School campus in Hamburg, Germany.

Bucerius  / UC Hastings Summer Program in IP Law and Licensing (July 20 – August 8, 2014)  

Our brand-new Summer Program in Transnational IP Law and Licensing (July 20 – August 8, 2014), offered in cooperation with UC Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco, USA, is designed to build practical skills for transacting technology licenses in an international context. It provides a thorough understanding of the core IP and licensing concepts, including industry practices, and familiarizes students with both the legal and business perspectives of licensing. The course culminates with negotiation and drafting workshop involving  an international technology license agreement. Site visits to major German and European enterprises round out the program. Students can earn a total of 5 ABA/10 ECTS credits.
