Transatlantic Deals and Disputes: What U.S. and European Lawyers Must Know
Join U.S. and European lawyers March 26-27, 2015 for the first Europe Forum of the ABA Section of International Law – a “must” for any lawyer involved in transatlantic legal issues! The Forum will present the insights and experiences of attorneys representing governments, academia, NGOs, corporations and law firms from the United States and various European countries. Panels will address recent legal developments in Europe and the United States, as well as legal issues that are unique to cross-border deals and disputes.
Markus Hartung, Director of the Bucerius Center on the Legal Profession at the Bucerius Law School, will participate in the Role of Foreign Lawyers and Law Firms in Western, Central and Eastern Europe – Market Needs and Regulatory Framework panel on Friday, March 27.
