Bucerius Panel on the Future of Global Governance at the Munich Security Conference

The Zeit-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius and the Bucerius Summer School on Global Governance, together with the Munich Security Conference, held a luncheon discussion on the topic of “Regional Fragmentation and Institutional Competition: The Future of Global Governance” for attendees at the Munich Security Conference.

H.E. Kofi Annan, Former Secretary General of the United Nations, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate 2004, and Chairman, Kofi Annan Foundation, Geneva gave the keynote speech, followed by a lively panel discussion with experts Anne-Marie Slaughter (President and CEO, New America), Jan Eliasson (Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations), and Erna Solberg (Prime Minister of Norway). The Dean of the Bucerius Summer School on Global Governance Eberhard Sandschneider (Otto Wolff-Director of the Research Institute of the German Council on Foreign Relations) moderated the program.
