Three-Week Summer Course now open! “International IP Transactions”

Following a successful first IP Summer Program 2014, in July 2015, Bucerius Law School will host its second summer program, entitled “International IP Transactions”, organized jointly with UC Hastings, San Francisco.

The program is unique because it combines high level theoretical instruction with practical application: a negotiation workshop of simulated licensing scenarios allows students to role play in applying the IP concepts presented in class. This makes the program particularly suitable for upper division law students and young graduates, as a head start in their future professional life.
